Six Thinking Hats Software

When I log into IRC (Internet Relay Chat), I can choose to enter a chat room with a specific topic. I can even do that in forums. I would like to have software that also sets a Hat colour for the room (time setting optional) or has subrooms of each colour. The software should also record the room session and allow for the creation of a condensed executive summary of the logs for each hat colour. Logs can be viewed and items added by anyone after the live session. This way the parallel thinking can be consulted and updated on a continual basis. I don't want to mislead people into individual hat wearing, but these are like ZONES of thinking that an individual can wander into and make a contribution to after the meeting. NO BLACK HAT thinking in any room but the Black Hat room or you will be barred from the room.
