How to "6 Thinking Hats" or "TOLOPOSOGO"

I recently have read books "6 thinking hats" and "Teach yourself to Think" by Edward de bono,These are good books and has taught me a lot,I requires a lot of practise to master the methods,

What i would like to point out is with what i have understood from the books is a Effective & Organized way to approach a desired solution which is something "NEW or CREATIVE" or Exploring Possibilities.

How would one use the Methods in "6 Thinking hats or TOLOPOSOGO" to the routines ,for eg. if one is running a small business say a small training computer institute ,The sales are not good as compared to Other;s,The Sales manager of the computer Training institute has to Organize a meeting with its sales executives to review its Quaterly business and find out what are the core issues about slow sales.

I would request community members to help me with inputs or improve my clarity from "6Thinking hats or TOLOPOSOGO" methods.

Step 1. You have to know well has fund the functions of the hats. If you can, look at some examples. Here, in the society of bonus you can perceive as some members make use of hats. You can also resort has google, or any other search engine. You will surely find something.

Step 2. You have to use the hats in the way more comfortable as possible. The technique of the hats is not rigid. Not to be run in a certain way.

Conclusion; It's like playing chess. First you have to know the chips. Then you have to learn has been moving them. And little has little, has base use, inventaras strategies to implement the hats in the way more for you.
