I would look to the methods suggested my Mark Forster and David Allen to capture the contents of these spaces.
Please follow the links to see a full explanation of the method suggested by theses writers
I believe that I need to have a means of capturing what comes into my space. Both methods offer ways of achieving this.

Has anyone written a program that lets the user write a flowscape?
What I imagine is I start entering a stream of consciousness list. The program would create a list.

That something I’ve got problem with in this site. I’m using my real name. I want to be able to discuses the application of thinking tools to real world situations.
They only way of getting around the anonymity issue is to discuss the situations in general terms. I don’t want people to be able to identify the real world me and see what I’m discussing.
Are there any alternative points of view that you can offer?
