Edward de Bono Charity Auction for 2 Causes in Kenya

I'm organising an auction on behalf of 2 worthwhile causes operating out of Kilifi in Southern Kenya.



Edward has generously provided 3 signed presentation slides for auction. Each illustration was draw during Edward's Key note address during at the Gartner Portals, Content & Collaboration Summit on Wednesday the 16th of September 09.



The last time Edward auctioned off slides for charity he raised £400 per slide, so fingers crossed!…

Simplicity, taking lateral thinking literally

Phil suggested I should make a new blog entry. After all, he wants to be King of Australia so I better listen to him. He's the funny one on this site. Thinking my way through a compex issue

My teeth hurt and an exam by a local oral surgeon shows I need to have seven teeth extracted at a cost of just under four thousand dollars. Now I can't afford to pay that sum, so I began using various techniques to find some solution. Email: A new eLanguage is required

Why is it that people have become 'eLiterate' when it comes to email?



Done properly, email is quite an effective tool for any business. But what's needed is a new language built precisely for email.



Newer Generations have introduced emoticons :) to depict how they are feeling. For example this :) equals a smiley face (for happy) or this :[ equals a sad or angry face.



But I don't think in business emoticons would work. I couldn't imagine a Fortune 500 CEO sending… Continue
