Hi, my name is Vitaly Kolesnik. My main professional interests are productivity, creativity, perception and learning. Between my personal interests are Western philosophy and Eastern practices, like bujutsu, ayurveda, and feng shui. I cover some of those topics on my blog, Second Sight.

Sorry I have not responded to you earlier - wasn't notified of your comment!!!! My main use of 6 thinking hats in my leadership development programme is for debriefing experiential activities and then reflecting during the day and afterwards to capture learning!!!!
