Several months ago I suggested to moderators on the de Bono Society that if Dennis Perrin was getting too annoying they should stop wasting their time responding to him. Yesterday something went wrong and a young person told me it was my fault.
This got me thinking about the airplane crash investigator who said that when a plane goes down there is always more than one reason. That is, that there is more than one person at fault.

It seems to me that many people are limited to two modes of operating:
1: Do what I'm told.
2: Do what I feel like.
It seems to me that there needs to be a third mode:
3: Interact with others to quickly and effeciently explore individual values and ambitions and collaboratively design a solution that best suits all.
I need to think of some activities that youngsters can do to get good at Mode 3.
