Reward for work done ... for the contribution we make ... should be in tokens representing the time put in (in denominations of seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks, years and decades) - That way, when you pay for something, you'll know exactly what deal you're getting when someone charges you a day for something that took an hour to produce/create/perform/etc. ... or offers you an hour for a day's work
