Profile Information

For many years I worked with Dr. de Bono as president of de Bono Thinking Systems (dBTS). This company publishes and markets all of Edward's corporate training programs worldwide. I co-founded dBTS with partner Clint Keay in 1991, and our incredibly talented team grew it to a network of over 800 corporate trainers in 45 countries by 2009. Originally called Advanced Practical Thinking Systems, this company placed on the Inc. 500 list of fastest growing companies in 1997, and even better, it has been profitable every year since, save the year after 9/11.

BD (Before De Bono) I was vice president and editor-in-chief at Perfection Learning Corporation, publisher of products to support K-12 classroom teachers. Here I learned and applied most of what I know about editing, publishing, marketing, and product development. Wonderful company! Lifelong friends.

My first job out of college was teaching creative writing and American Literature in a midwestern high school. In order to succeed I had to learn how to write myself, how to develop in others the desire to get their own ideas heard, and how to market my classes to young adults. It was a blast.

Specialties:Writing, editing, instructional design, publishing, marketing, international business development, making connections and negotiating deals.
