Well, the idea of a conscious galaxy is of course both plausible and a tempting thought;-) But if you use a BH as an assumption about human consiousness does it mean that you can reverse the idea, that is, that what we consider to be human consciousness must also appy to BH?

Yes Kim, I could have posted it on a thread about the Internet;-)

But does it matter, if a computer wrote it, a physicist or a dreamer? Is it not the ideas that should be explored? Unless, you are. . . oops. . .

I read at Black Holes and Concisousness on Big Think and then I Googled those two words together and the pdf file was the top item on the search.

Adonis, still trying to figure out what it is about myself;-) But it seems like interesting ideas!

Oracles & dream symbols... Did I ever tell you that I helped with the design of the Voyager Tarot deck?
If it wasn't for me, all the cards besides the Major Arcana would not have been separate collage pictures. The artist Ken couldn't articulate why he had done what he had done to illustrate Jim Wanless' ideas - until I explained the first two cards - Magician & the Fool to Jim with my experience in art interpretation. Jim only knew how to look at art literally - and I educated him to be able to imagine the artist Ken was actually making sense - by thinking symbolically and figuratively. Jim really got into figurative symbolism, once he realized how it was similar to his experience with the Crowley deck.
Do you have a favorite Tarot deck, Adonis?
My long experience with the Tarot is that it's very tricky to get it to actually say something you do not want to hear. (This is different if someone else is doing the interpreting for you.) Whereas the I Ching will tell you exactly how you're off base. It will even scold you!

I like using the I Ching to predict the near future. It works for me.

Here's some new words perhaps interesting to future word coiners:

opretery
like a secretary, but someone who acts or operates things in lieu of the boss

hym
When a performer only uses certain verses, making the song or hymn much shorter than it was originally written

asnoortar
A large person that keeps the rest of the house awake with their snooring.
emibily
a cowardly or insulting gesture directed toward a recipient, but probably unknown to them

I liked the fact that someone invented a word similar to your name:-)
