When I first saw the creative team group, two things immediately flashed in my mind. The first thing was the purpose of the group.
I understand the group intends to summon 1000 creative brains ( correct me if I am wrong :) ). Then the question is what would these people do? There are numerous things that The Creative Team would do. Making solutions for problems of the world such as global warming, starvation, poverty, advising companies in innovation and creativity areas,  making events that involve creative thinking like fairs, festivals, carnivals, concerts, competitions, educating people and finding ways to inspire people to make them think and question and etc..... the team could cooperate with local thinking communities, make its events on schools, universities and culture & convention centers.
The team could manage itself via sponsorships, events, public relations, solution making, marketting and organizing. When the impression of being in a worldwide group is given to people there would be numerous people to join the team.
The second thing that flashed in my brain was expanding. I believe "expanding" and "announcing" is possible via the social media. Well I havent searched whether the creative team is announced on the social media yet, but there are numerous social web that the team could announce itself. Facebook, twitter, xing, linkedin, friendfeed, flickr, youtube, delicios and many more..... The team could share videos, pictures, articles on these sites and inspire people to join the creative team.
We could find many people all around the world and we can actually summon not just via web, really get together and organize "the thinking"  activities. Also, by focusing on students of engineering, managing, marketting, education, finance, philosophy, medicine and science globally, the creative team would find many creative & innovative ideas and go further.

Excellent Burak.

Playing concept fan for a bit. Lets see:

--Problems --world problems --global warming, starvation, poverty, quality of life, resources and energy, conflict resolution
-- -- -- -- -- corporate problems -- developing innovation and creativity, designing new products and services and delivery, improving processes and structure
-- -- -- -- --local community problems - community/government interaction, conflict resolution
-- inspire -- entertain --events that involve creative thinking -- fairs, festivals, carnivals, concerts, competitions, educating people
-- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- movies featuring characters skilled in lateral thinking
-- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- web 2.0 lateral thinking Olympics (measuring tool use skill)
-- inform -- real life examples - thousands of them
-- -- -- -- -- access for many to training at cheap rates - online training program with fees like $1 per module.
-- tools -- collaborative thinking -- "forum like" software allowing guided input to 6 Hat, Datt and Lateral Thinking tools.
-- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- networked society with "ideas and harvesting" channels
-- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- method for attaching "thinking stickies" to news and current affairs sites

That's it for now. I only allocated 2 minutes.
