We carry out more mediation to solve conflicts lately in Hong Kong, after the recent Civil Justice Reform. Are there any past discussions on the topic: how thinking skills can facilitate ADR (besides what I read from Dr de Bono's book), any examples, experiences to share? I decide to incorporate thinking skills in the mediation training to help trainees to expand and explore the possibilities (we call them options) in order to settle. I am also interested to receive formal training so that I am capable and qualified to give the training. AM
