Blue Hat Thinking
The unemployment rates less than 25 years old in some countries is approaching the 25%.
What could be focus areas for thinking about this fact?

Focus areas:
- What is it about younger people that makes them less employable?
- Easing the transition between school and work.
- How can schools/universities be more work orientated to employer needs?
- Identify different groups (eg. students who don't want to go to university) and how they can be helped into employment.

Identify reasons why the market is inflexible and do no let parents etc. work less hours and employ younger people instead.
Identify ways to let young people work for themselves and get paid.

it would be a interesting topic to look at the unemployment in states younger than 25 years old, and to compare those to other countries. What could be seen and learnt with regard to unemployment?
But that is not what I initially meant. I meant what focus areas you should pay attention to when your are f.i. in the government or you are a mayor of a city where 25 % of the younger population is unemployed.
