Hi

My introduction to Dr De Bono's work was the Handbook for the Positive Revolution that I found in a DISCOUNTED sale bin in a bookshop for NZ$10, normally $29.95.

This is a great little book, simple format and easy to read with clear diagrams for quick clarification and emphasis.
I have since purchased two additional copies, one Hardcover, my corporate version and one smaller softcover that I was intending to use as a load book to give to people to get them interested in Dr De Bono's material.

Unfortunately, the first person I lent it to moved to Australia before I was able to get it back. I don't lend any more books but I do highly recommend this little yellow book.

Hi anyone, new members and older ones.

My introduction was Simplicity but the first few I likes best were Mechanism of the Mind, Opportunities, Handbook of the Positive Revolution and Surpetition. And off course, I am right, your are wrong. They all boil down to the same thing. You either tap into it, or not. To me, the main theme throughout his work is the sheer simplicity in itself. Isn't it?

If anyone is interested in some of those rarer copies (some of them are signed by Edward) you can leave me a message. I would like them back, so we would have to work from that perspective.

I recently finished reading "Think, before its too late" and I thought that it is a great introduction to de Bono thinking.

Hi Vitaley - I guess by now you may have read quite a few of Edward's books - if you havent read Think! Before It's Too Late, published in 2009 - I highly recommend it, it provides a very good overview of his work, thinking tools etc - happy reading - and as Edward says "happy thinking" too! cheers Ali Sumner

I'd also endorse "Serious Creativity" as meaty content for those who love to "dig into" a book with lots of fantastic content that delivers impressive, complete results.

However, for those who want to read a short book with immediately simple, memorable and useful suggestions, I recommend "PO: guide to creative thinking."
