DeBono Socity members are forming a Group Think Program that is available for hire to solve problems.
This program is made available through mobile as well as dedicated web site, designed to enable potential customers to easily interact with the group.
The group when it is hired, go on and utilizes its wide and deep reaching skills to solve the problem(s) for we are hired to do and reap the benefits.
Who is interested to enter this concept program development without CAF?
(Only Green, Yellow, White and Blue Hat thoughts needed. Black and Red Hats would not serve the development of this concept program, would it? Since this is only a CONCEPT development, any and all negative view is counterproductive use of time and resources. Do I see it correctly? )

Applying the hB and the hR would definitely be worth it AFTER you have developed the idea somewhat. When you engage with the Hats, Zsolt there is never any question of restricting use of some of them. To do so would be to deny the function of emotions and hunches (hR) in setting up a project and to place cautionary thinking (hB) in the "naughty corner". The hB is not a licence for negative thinking. As Dennis pointed out, it is perhaps the most important Hat, particularly if we want to move toward actualising a concept somehow. I would of course not leap in and hB your concept project; it needs to be well-scaffolded before we can (logically, not emotionally) suggest why aspects of it might not work precisely as intended.

I do not quite understand. Can you explain it otherwise?.
Website for mobile? .. Where is that?.
Is a group that collects money to offer solutions or ideas?.

What a great Idea! All that is required now is for some to say "YES, let's do it".
Then you can start.

I hope someone does say "yes" because it is an action idea and I sure would if I could quite my job, and other projects;-)

Precisely! This concept is designed for "just in time" participation of anyone here at the group at free will and free time basis.
The trick in in the setup & targeted distribution of the mobile app (program) that gets in the face of those who can use a collective power of expert problem solvers and willing to pay for services rendered. This is the filed where I have some up to date working knowledge but not enough time to run with this idea. Hence my invitation to work at it as a concept until someone who is open and ready for a full time project comes along and picks it up.

Per your request, here is the explanation this time with voice and visuals.

We can always use New Group Think as a working name! Names tend to sort itself out eventually. . .

Zsolt, can you solve the technical bits that are involved in this?

I have tested one crowd sourcing company and it was great fun. You need to work hard. Have you tried it?

Mobile App and overall system design is definitively up in my elly –cannot find the correct spelling. I know how to say it….).
Crowd sourcing: No experience there but I find it intriguing.

Well, let's do it then;-)

I made an assumption that people here at DBS do well in team thinking. How good is this assumption?
Before creating any kind of tool designed for a specific function like this, the associated process needs to be identified. I take it by simply applying the DeBono school of thinking and his tools (CoRT) it is a good foundation and provides the common ground for idioms to communicate on a higher level.
I have some ideas how to design this process and will put them together. In the meantime, since you have experience working with teams, would you put forth your vision?
What do you think of DTN?

Luis, Why are you so keen on opening up your thinking to make a positive exploration of possible risks with the suggested idea?

I suppose it is always good to explore what others have done and how they are working. This may help us to improve upon the idea;-)

I suggest that we just collect information first. A wide search including fro example, technologies, crowdsourcing, problem solving strategies, areas where people want ideas, ways to determine the difficulties with ideas, ways to get people involved in crowdsourcing.

Open up the thinking and and search for possible useful information and put it in a document. Let's say, we work on it for a week, and then we can see what we have found.

How is this compares to your experience in crowed sourcing?
